Memory Test Handlers
Mirae offers several memory test handlers designed for high-speed and accurate testing of memory chips. Notable models include the M500HT, which features a 512 parallel test capacity, the MH7, which features a 768 parallel test capacity, and the MH5, which features Factory Automation ready (OHT). These handlers are optimized for the memory test process, ensuring efficient and reliable testing of semiconductor components​.
Application Test Handler
The Mirae application test handler, MA16 is designed for comprehensive testing of graphic components, specifically targeting devices equipped with GDDR6 memory. It is factory automation-ready, allowing seamless integration into automated testing environments. The handler features an auto-teaching function that enables it to adapt to new test scenarios and components without manual intervention. Additionally, it includes an auto rotary picker for automatic selection and handling of test samples or devices.
Logic Test Handler
The ML16 model supports package sizes ranging from 3x3 mm to 50x50 mm, equipped with an electro-pneumatic regulator for precise control and a vision system for enhanced inspection and analysis. On the other hand, the M620 model emphasizes maximized productivity with its ability to handle various device sizes efficiently. It boasts a short conversion time, easy maintenance, and a minimized footprint, making it ideal for environments where space is limited and operational efficiency is crucial.
Module Test Handler
The Mirae MR7500 equipment is a high-performance solution designed for efficiency and versatility. It features tri-temp control with a wide temperature range from -10℃ to +125℃, enabling diverse testing conditions. The MR7500 supports up to 16 parallel tests simultaneously, with a throughput of 2,000 units per hour (UPH), making it highly productive. Its versatility is further enhanced by its support for various interface kits, including T5365, T5581, T5591, AL6080, AL6090, and HP95000, and its ability to test modules ranging from 72 to 240 pins DIMM/RIMM, accommodating a broad range of testing needs.
Burn-in Sorters
Burn-in sorters from Mirae Equipment are likely designed to handle and sort a large volume of semiconductor devices after they have undergone burn-in testing. They help in categorizing these devices based on their performance, which helps in ensuring that only reliable components are shipped to customers. The sorters include M850A, M850i, M850S, MB8i, MB8SST, MB10SM.
Burn-in Sorter Options
Mirae Equipment's burn-in options are designed to improve the reliability and performance of semiconductor devices by identifying early failures and ensuring only the highest quality components are used in final products. The C-Tray/ BIB Vision System conducts Pin 1 position check, Socket Mask Check and Misplacement check. The Metal/Plastic Tube option are compatible with devices that come in the form of metal and plastic tubes. Lastly, the Auto Trolley Elevator Unit uses the direct trolley docking system instead of the existing rack type to increase operator productivity and reduce BIB breakage.
